2008

This vibrant red wine brings raspberries and blackcurrants to the nose with a hint of tobacco. A soft and generous wine have berry fruits filling the front palate. Supple tannins provide a balanced and lingering finish. This wine is perfect drinking now with a wide range of meat dishes and will continue to develop nicely for several years.

2010

From a superb vintage, this is a dark, brooding ruby red wine with complex spicy aromas showing smoky cedar and cassis. The palate is opulent, replete with elegant prune, musk and dark chocolate persisting through a long, polished finish of fine, ripe tannins. From a low volume, intensely flavoured vintage this wine will develop complexity with 10-12 years of careful cellaring. Ideal now for drinking with rich meat dishes and hot curries.

2011

A vibrant bouquet of black fruits, tobacco and cedar with hints of chocolate and roasted coffee. The palate has the wonderful intensity of Cabernet flavour with fine French oak contributing polished structural tannins. The addition of Merlot and Malbec completes the picture, adding the complexity of plum and wild raspberry flavours and plush mid-palate fruit. Suitable for cellaring for 5-7 years.

2012

An earth richness with aromatics of black currant and cigar box characterise this dry grown wine. Ripe grainy cabernet tannins envelope the medium to full bodied palate which show excellent length. Drink now, or Cellar for 8 years plus to realize the full potential of this wine.
