Towerhill Estate is a single estate, family-owned and operated vineyard at Mt Barker, Western Australia. Julian Hanna, trading as Hanna and Son is the Owner and Licensee.

Age Policy Warning
It is an offence in Australia to sell or supply liquor to a person under 18 years of age or for a person under 18 years of age to purchase or attempt to purchase liquor from a licenced or regulated premises.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase wine from our online store. Wine can only be delivered to and accepted by a person who is over 18 years of age at the time of delivery. If we have reason to believe that a person ordering wine is not 18 years of age or older, we reserve the right to refuse the order.

Orders
Preferred order quantities are in multiples of 12 bottles. Otherwise, the actual cost of freight will be applied and advised to you before shipping.

Prices
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.

Delivery
Delivery of cartons of 12 bottles is free within Australia.

We dispatch orders within 3 business days through Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to Australia Post and may vary between 3 and 10 business days. Australia Post will deliver to your door, or leave a card for collection at your local post office. Australia Post will require a person of 18 years of age or older to be present to sign for the delivery.

Stock Availability
We regularly check that our website information, pricing and stock levels are current. In the unlikely event that an ordered product is unavailable we will advise you and recommend an alternative, or issue a full refund.

Transit damage
If any wine bottles are damaged in transit, please contact Towerhill Estate as soon as possible on wine@towerhillwine.com.au or 0408 770 343. We will make arrangements to replace or provide a credit for the damaged items where we are made aware within 3 business days of your receipt of the carton.

Returns
Towerhill Estate will accept returns where the products you receive are different from those ordered.

Oxidised, ’off’ or faulty wine will be replaced or refunded. Note that screw caps, not corks, are used on all Towerhill Wine bottles and the likelihood of a screw cap wine being faulty is very low. If you consider that 2 or more bottles are technically faulty please return a sample of the faulty wine and all remaining bottles to us for testing.

Products that are returned must be in their original, unopened* and undamaged condition with proof of purchase and received within 14 days of delivery. In that case we will pay the costs of freight each way.
*Excepting wine that is deemed faulty.

Please contact us at wine@towerhillwine.com.au to confirm, prior to returning any products.

We do not refund or replace if you change your mind after Delivery.

Cellar Club
If you have elected to provide your email address to receive 15% discount on 24 bottles or more you automatically become a member of Towerhill Cellar Club. We will tell you about more benefits and opportunities of membership as we develop the Club. We may contact you from time to time using your email address to tell you about new releases, Towerhill News or to offer specials. You can opt out of the Cellar Club at any time after the initial purchase of 24 bottles or more, by contacting us at: wine@towerhillwine.com.au

Feedback
Towerhill Estate aim for great customer service and welcome your feedback - good or bad. If you’re delighted with our service - please tell us and your friends. If you’re unhappy, please let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve your complaint within 7 days.

We reserve the right to make changes to any of our policies and any content on our website from time to time and without notice. We encourage all customers to check our website, Terms and Conditions and Privacy pages regularly to ensure that they are aware of our current policies and product information.
