Predominantly made up of at least 88 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, and subtly influenced with smaller amounts of Merlot and Grenache.
Towerhill wines are will linger on the tongue for at least ten seconds after sipping. This is an indication of high levels of health maintaining antioxidants. These wines have been constructed to have a shelf life exceeding 30 years (2008 excluded).

2015 - The aroma is seductive; fresh with enticing lime juice, lychee and citrus blossom. This wine has a subtle power with elegant lime and floral characters coming to the fore, whilst the palate has great length, being both dry and yet mouth-filling.
