The aroma is seductive; fresh with enticing lime juice, lychee and citrus blossom. This wine has a subtle power with elegant lime and floral characters coming to the fore, whilst the palate has great length, being both dry and yet mouth-filling. This is enhanced by a small proportion of the wine being matured in old French oak and the balance of the wine is reinforced by hallmark Mt Barker Riesling acidity. Cellaring for 10+ years will reward with developed complexity that is the special attribute of Towerhill aged Riesling.
